Application Information

Application Type: Please choose one application path that best meets your needs:

  • Cuba Travel – This is how U.S. persons apply to travel to Cuba (for many, though not all, categories of travel to Cuba).
  • Application for the Release of Blocked Funds – This is how you apply to “unblock” a wire transfer where that wire transfer was blocked because of a sanctions interest.
  • TSRA – This is how you apply for a specific license to export agricultural commodities, medicine, or medical devices to Iran or Sudan pursuant to the Trade Sanctions Reform and Export Enhancement Act of 2000 (TSRA).
  • Transactional – This is the field to request a specific license to engage in prohibited transactions other than the release of blocked funds, TSRA transactions, or certain categories of travel to Cuba.
